Cancellation after Service Commencement: If you choose to cancel your service after commencement but before completion, a partial refund may be considered. The refund will be proportionate to the stage of completion of the project.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at jordan@hugheswebsolutions.com.
Exceptions: Since HughesWeb Solutions LLC provides services and not physical products, returns in the traditional sense do not apply. For services that are ongoing or have been completed, refunds may not be available, except under the conditions stated above.
